Can anyone give me any advice/links to decent scheduals to get the best out of players aged 16-18, should I focus on physical or technical?

I would suggest looking a what stats thet have.

For me you need to improve positional related technical attrbutes and combine them with medium physical training. Also look to see if the player could be better if ther were trained in a different position.

Physical Attributes do not increase as much as technical stats, mental stats do not increase much until a player begins to mature.

Also do not expect a 16 year old to do the business. They may not mature until 23.
