Default Gary Neville. getting his ratings up?
I play Man U with a 4222 formation with 2 wingers. I am having a very good season all of my players have an average of above 7.0 exept Gary Neville I have 5-Mentality, 5-CF, Short passing, 10-Closing Down, Fwr-Always, RWB-Never, TTB-Never, LS-Never, Cross Ball-Allways. Can anyone tell what instructions I should give him to make him play better?

i would increase closing down, make passing more direct

10-Mentality, 10-CF, RWB-mixed. They are the changes I'd make.

If not then just shoot him because it is Gary Neville after all
