Make sure both your DCs have very good pace (instead of one very fast, and one with medium pace). And play your back line deep. Unless your defenders have excellent anticipation and positioning, I wouldn't tight mark the players you mentioned above, because they have very good flair and creativity, and your defenders may get fooled by tricks.
Goalkeepers that are good at one-on-ones may have the edge over other GKs here.
-Defense on normal mentality
-Closing Down: Rarely on DCs and mixed for fullbacks.
Defensive Line: Low-normal
Oppositions Instructions: Closing down:always Tight Marking:always and show onto foot:xxx on the man you are trying to stop.
Of course you´ll never have 100% of success trying to stop such players, that´s why they are the best players in the world
Using a sweeper will ruin your defensive line, which is your best weapon against them in my experience. Think about it, if you tried this in real life against Eto'o and Barcelona, you would get completely destroyed by through balls because of ruined offside trap.

To stop fast strikers I always:
- Tight mark them
- Do not close down, because they're fast and will usually burn you once they get the ball. They'll turn fast and take off.
- Sometimes I will tackle hard if it's a really good player like David Villa.
- Always show onto their bad foot.
To help stop fast striker, you can try setting your goalkeeper's mentality higher, encouraging him act as a sweeper. Your keeper will be out to meet them! It helps when your goalkeeper has some good attributes, like rushing out.
