Hey there, have been at several clubs now and i never see an improvement in the stats of my youth players even over a 2-3 year period. Any tips/hints/schedules anyone could recommend please? I see everyone here with these great regens and youth players, how do you find and train them?

No improvment means one or more of three: crap players, crap staff or crap schemes. If you use the default training then you can rule out the crap schemes.

With Manchester United and the youth players not progressing include corrie evans, wolff-eikrem etc. Rule that one out.

Staff are all 18+ in their chosen coaching role, in training coach assignments all aspects of training are 5 stars.

And I am on default training.

that is a bit odd, because I use the default training too, for youth players and they do get better.

I dont think you can expect them to improve vastly, due to the fact that they are after all just youth players, but maybe you want to try to give them a pre season training, before heading into the normal training routine.

Ok thanks, will try that. It's just some of these boys are 22-23 and still same stats as when they were 16-17...
