Tactics = Piero Bosaglia = Inter = He is a youth coach but offer coach job and he signs
Ball Control = Fulvio Fiorin = Milan = Agin offer coach job and he signs
Defending = David Court = Arsenal
Attacking = Pat Rice
Shooting = Par Zetterberg = Anderlecht
Set Pieces = Albert Roca = Barcelona = Is Fitness coach but offer coach job and signs

hmm good work and i congratulate you, but, i would have to sack a lot of coaches to get this to work...

yea would be but i can't get rid of all coaches not even on mutual termination! argh!
some of my coaches are 5 stars aswell;
cannavaro (defending) obviously!
ventrone (aerobic)
colbert (strength) aswell as aerobic
peyton (gk)

every other area is 4 star so its not that bad!

I'm on a large database and none of these coaches from abroad show up. Why is that? Im on patch 7.0.2 and large was the largest database I could have. Have they done away with the huge database option?

I am patch 7.02 and large database. It could be because of the countries you chose. I chose the following

Belguim
England
France
Germany
Holland
Italy
Scotland
Spain

i got original patch, small database and just the english league

I have the Premiership - Conf North / South running but 6 leagues (main premier nations) running on 'view only' on large database so i'm confused and a wee bit frustrated that most times I type a player / coach in search and he isn't there.

It's all good and well listing a coach that will give you 5 stars in your game, but not every game starts with every coach's stats always the same. Sometimes Sinisa Gogic can be a 5 star shooting coach, the next game he can't manage 3 stars in any discipline.
