I play with Barcelona and doing well.. Won Primera and copa del rey... Bought Podolski and seriously having problem with training.. None of my players is developing not even Podolski (Huge Talent) Have tried everything Cleons training and a couple of my own tries. My players go from green to red arrows and it ends up in the same stat... When i buy young players they dont get really good because of the training... Help Please...

have you assigned your coaches to the schedules you have added to your game?

I usually just press auto assign..?? Isn't that enough??

oh no that just won't do! you've got to make sure that you have as much stars as possible in each training category! I think there's a thread in here somewhere detailing how to get 5-stars in each category

But i have bought coaches so when i tap auto assign all my coaches have 5 stars so no problem there... I have played a half season today with another training schedule from the threads in the tactic bible side... and when a see a players training it is a rollercoaster ride.. first up then a couple of months later down again and sometimes two down.. very frustating..

hmm maybe it's the training schedule that you use then. I personally use Tug's
