if there is only the odd player in my schedules who are not happy with the training intensity, I do nothing about it. Otherwise I would have 3 training schedules for each position, in order to get the max out of everyone, meaning lots of schedules with maybe 1 player in it. I am not a fan of this, because I think that more players in the same schedule means more competitive effort --> better results.
I dont even train very hard and many complain... but they still improve really well, so it can't be that bad.
