Totally unrealistic in terms of results. You can spend heavily and lose 4-0 against a lower team than you or lose by that scoreline regularly whatever tactics you try. How annoying.

Agreed, you can spend heavily and enjoy success for a couple of years (coming 5th say) then the following season after spending even more heavily your team forget how to play and you find yourself sacked before Xmas - totally unrealistic
