I managed to get him for 23.5 mil!

I paid 3.3mil upfront (this was because it was all i had left in the kitty at the end of the summer) and the rest is due in installments.

Apparently he was unsettled at Sevilla and I told him that I was interested in him (the second option I think)

I had a couple of bids rejected first and in the end I got him for 23.5 million.
