Default FM 2008: Good Cheap Players Guide (8.0.1)

I've made a similar topic for the last 2 versions of FM and noticed that there isn't one for FM2008. Also, seeing as there have been a few data changes since 8.0.1, this may be useful. We also need to define "cheap". I was thinking under £5m, Any suggestions?

Anyway, post all the good cheap players you find here. Try to keep it in this format:

Name:
Nationality:
Age:
Position:
Club:
Cost:
Work Permit: Needed/Not Needed
Club Level: (e.g. Lower League, Championship, Premier League etc)
Comments: Any additional information you might like to post.

OK sure, I'm open to suggestions. Lets say €5m (currently that is £3.7m :p) but for the British Pounds equivalent, we'll decide that "cheap" is below £3.5m.

Nationality: Brazilian
Age: 17
Position: AM/FC
Club: Corinthians
Cost: £2.8m (Min Fee Release Clause)

Just to add to Lulinha - he can go to the Portuguese League in season 1. He's a brilliant player, just make sure you play his as the AM directly behind your strikers, with a forward arrow.

Name: Bogdan Stancu
Nationality: Romanian
Age: 17-18
Position: FC
Club: A Romanian club
Cost: £200k approx
Work Permit: Not Needed
Club Level: Good for all top flight sides. Excellent for lower league sides.
Comments: PA -9. He is good for most teams in the first season, however he will perform much better in lesser leagues e.g. Portugal, Scotland, English Championship, Russian etc. immediately - you will need to allow him to develop for Premiership / Serie A / La Liga success.

Name: Breno
Nationality: Brazilian
Age: 17
Position: DC
Club: Sao Paulo
Cost: £3-5m (I've included him as in some games you can obtain him for £3m, however this is not guaranteed)
Work Permit: Subject to league
Club Level: Any major league.
Comments: PA -9. You can only obtain him in season 2 if you are playing in the big 4 European Leagues. He's an excellent signing for the Portuguese Bwin Liga. His defensive stats are also excellent so expect big things once he's adapted to the league you're in.
