I think that Kov has over-reacted, I don't think you're on the wind up, but I do struggle to see the point of your first post (hence my initial reply). You haven't asked a question or invoked discussion, and have skirted with tipping.

I think his point is pretty clear. He's just saying that FM2006 isn't the walk in the park that previous versions have been for LLMing (where successive promotions is pretty much the rule, judging by the update threads). Saying that he changes tactics at half time is as much of a tip as saying that he tries to score more goals than the opposition.

I think it's a fair post. I only play the game (in my particular) LLM style so I'm actually interested to hear that FM2006 is a decent challenge in the lower leagues. :thup:

In that case apologies, that wasn't the intention. Was trying to ignite a thread about how the new version differs from my point of view, thought maybe others might add their own experiences but as we can see, the thread didn't go to plan and should probably be closed.

Also didn't mean to give tips and purposely didn't go into details, I do know the rules. Again I can see how that has come across, bad choice of words on my part. Was a little bit alarmed to be knocked down in such style by the regulars though.

I used to be a frequent visitor here and hope to be again.
