Default Training in LLM

Hey..

I've never really been a LLM, my record in fm05 was bringing a div3 club in to the prem and wining it in the in my 3 season there. So I've decided to give it a try.

I just started a new game and chose to manage Dorchester Town in the Conf. south. At the moment i only have one question, what do you do with the training? It's quite hard to create a decent training system when all of your players are part-timers, isn't it?

We all struggle through, halldor. Some create schedules, some don't.

I'm thrilled that the training has apparently become more realistic for part-timers, that was always bothering me in previous incarnations.

In the gold demo I just left the training as it was and even some of the Basingstoke Town team seemed to improve. Just got the full game yesterday, and one of the first things I tried was to create a few different schedules. Absolutely no idea how they will do as I not even through the pre season friendlies yet, but I’m sure I will have to tweak them during the season. I think it is excellent he way you can graphically see the improvement in players. Best new feature in the Game.

If you're playing with it while posting here, you're a pervert, not a weirdo.
