so what sort of level of attributes are good for each league??
eg. 15+ is good for the Premiership but how does it follow on down the leagues, for the conference north/south what sort of level is good or acceptable

I view attributes as part of the picture. There's attributes, scouting reports, and form. All are small glimpses into how a player might perform for you.
I think it's generally okay to take attributes inot account for LLM play, but remember - scout players before acquiring them. A real life manager would never spend thousands on someone just because reports show he's really fast and can jump high. They'd send scouts to check out the possible investment.
Back to the subject; I compared two goalies recently and one was better in virtually every attribute but the assman gave him 2 stars and the other one 3....and guess what the 3 star guy played much better :thup:
