It's not just pinned topics in FMS - I suggest you guys carry out a check and lookfor any missing "larger" threads - some of the stories that run over 7 or 8 pages have also gone

It the usual cull. Obviously apply some pretty blunt criteria i.e. when was the thread started, as opposed to when was the last post in a thread.

Figure out who did it, and use him as a pinata. Stuff like this is just horrible  One should be very careful when pruning topics
