First, yes I would. (is the USL-1 in this version of FM? I don't have the game yet and hadn't heard if it was include)

Second, I *think* you might get offers, although it might be difficult. Steve Nicol did a stint with a team in the third division of US soccer before getting the New England job. But he's the only one I can think of: all the other MLS head coaches were assistants or came from the playing field. (except for Chivas USA, where Hans Westerhof had been working as an executive with the parent club in Guadalajara)
