Ok so we're playing Football Manager on a Network Game and I'm in 6th place with Liverpool but i have a game in hand over 4th place and i just need to win my last three games - im on a run of good form so its quite possible.

The guy im playing with is in First with Arsenal but he only needs one win from his last 3 games however he is in a poor run of form. Basically i have a match when he doesnt and i start the match but then find i have been forced on holiday by this guy...

I come back from holiday when i realise what he did but the match is already over and ive drawn 2-2. He did a similiar thing in a match before so i said i would stop playing if he did it again and he did so i stopped playing.

And his excuse: my matches aren't important as im in a fight for some **** champions league place...

What a sad sad guy - don't you think?

(sorry needed to rant somewhere about it - feel much better now)

Yes, its rather pathetic. Only once have i ever played a network game with someone that i didnt know. We got about 2 seasons in and i had to quit, because he kept taking over other teams from a 3rd computer and selling all the best players to himself, and making them buy his crappy ones for loads of cash. Very very annoying.
