Like others have suggested take your computer along to your local pc world and get them to do the upgrade because if you are not sure what type of ram your machine has it could be an expensive exercise. PC world have 512mb ram for as little as £25. I would recommend you get 1GB. Do this and you will notice a major improvement in your system not just when playing FM.

Well you will be able to play with more leagues for a start when playing FM which will make the game more enjoyable and more of a challenge.

Generally though you should notice that your machine is a lot quicker than it was before.
