If you have a system with 2.59 GHz processor, i find it hard to believe you only have 224mb ram. Besides i've never seen 224mb, usually goes, 128,256,512,1024,2048 etc.

I think you have mistyped the ram you have.

Strangely, I have 224mb too, I thought it went 64, 128, 256 etc. However it works perfectly fine on my machine. I think the minimum is supposed to be 256mb.

But i have delete things that are worth about 1,000MB, 10,000 etc.

like people have said. take your pc to pc world or somewhere like it and buy more RAM. you are confusing this with hard drive space. that is no the issue. you need more ram. it depends on what pc you have etc. for what RAM you need and how much you get. most pc's have two slots for ram, if this is the case for yours go and buy 512mb of ram. it'll help. a lot. or if you've got lots of money, go and by 1028mb of ram. this'll help. an awful lot. and stop deleting stuff. it won't help.

You could do that, but no offense, it sounds like you're not too sure what it all means.

It'd be better to take it somewhere to get the RAM installed into the machine for you. It involves opening the machine up and stuff.

I took mine somewhere to get it done, cos I knew I'd **** it up.
