under the manager confidence if you have a heavy defeat you get a message from the board saying the fans werent happy after that 4-1 defeat against liverpool.you should make the team aware of their feelings. how exactly,the match was played four weeks earlier and the message is still there.

Nothing you can do, it will still be there 6 months later. My board were harping on about going out of the League cup 3rd round on pens to Chelsea after I had handed them the League, FA cup and Champions Cup.

I had the same. The board were still upset about a result 2 months before even though I'd won virtually every game after that.

Even though I was promoted with Forest, they still complained that I was knocked out in the early rounds of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy competition!
