alrite im tottenham 2nd season of premier league same chairmen yet im still only aloud 8 coaches yet i can get to about 12 before deals get cancelled.

anyone know how you can have more coaches e.g. my board say i shouldn't have no more than 8 but i can scrape 12 anyone know how i can get that 8 up.same goes for only 6 scouts etc

Once you hit the board's limit, that's it I'm afraid - though sometimes you can get one or two more, but scouts, their limit is their limit.

A good way to get more is to do a staff search and look for staff listed as job title "player".

Unfortunately the majority are crap, but there are one or two good ones. Offer them a playing contract only first of all. When they join your club, simply offer them a new contract as a player/coach. The board always seem to overlook this ad in theory you could have as many player/coaches as you like.

I made a thread about coaches, and someone came in with a suggestion for a work around. Haven't tried it yet though.
