Default SI, Any way i can recover my save game?

Last time i played Fm, i saved my game but had to disconnect my laptop off straight away as was on the train and wud've missed my stop. So i didnt shut down properly, but made sure it had quite game before i did so.

the 'load last saved game'option is not there for me to click on and when i go to load saved game i get this msg:

not well informed (invalid token) at line 1 of last saved game.xml

Anyone from Si know what this means

Pretty gutting if i cant get it back! should've saved it earlier but was too addicted to it!

Hey, mate, I'm not an SI employee by any means, but if I got that message, one of the things I would try is renaming the (apparently corrupt) .XML file.

(If that didn't work, I'd rename it back to its original name, so that I didn't chance breaking something worse!)

got another problem now. have re-installed the game but i regularly have the game minimised and a 'XML Parsing Error' message similar to the one mentioned in my 1st post come up.

I just delete it and start playing again. But it happens quite often and is very annoying. Please help someone, what have i done!!!?
