Every time i try and load my game on FM07 i just get "cannot load saved game" in a dialog box

ive tried posting in the technical forum but havent had a reply.

anyone know what to do?

The first thought I have is if you have saved the game when using 7.0.2, then uninstalled and re-installed the game for some reason but haven't applied the 7.0.2 patch - games will only load if they have the coorect patch for the saved game applied.

If that can be ruled out then I'm afraid you are stuffed and should really have had at least two save game files on the go just in case this happens. There is a rolling autosave feature within the game anyway so in future it is always best to use this in case of problems. touch wood I've never had a problem with a game failing to load but always ahve three save files on the go just in case.

thanks, but it wasnt this - i havent touched any of the patches or data, it just wont load

iin the future i will make sure that i do have 2 ssaved games!!

I've had this many times though not as much as the "unable to save game" issue...

I've never found a way round either issue though, to my knowledge there is no solution, so unfortunatly I think you have to start a new game, I recommend a 3 save rolling game and testing the loading ability every now and then. Sorry I can't give you a solution dude.
