Almost every game now there is some old player that i sold that is playing against me time and time agian and a journalist asks you a question on him etc, all well and good but dont yuo think there should be a journalist after the game asking you are you glad looking back on the the performance that you sold him, etc?
All media questions are getting very repettive, especially the pre match one, only 5 flipping option to choose from is a joke, if its gonna ask you the same question and answers everytime its abit pointless, it needs around 20 options IMO!
I think this could do with a bit of tweaking, so it only comes up under certain conditions. If a player was an important part of your first team it seems sensible but it's hard to comment when it's about a reserve player who was never good enough for you.

i totally agree. the press asks me about players like sidwell, paolo ferriera, tal ben haim, etc whom i had never given first team chances
It should be removed from the game if they can't get it right. 3 years later the media are still talking about some dude I let go on a free from my reserves coming to town.
Who cares he is barely first team for the opposition!
I'd like to see players on my team speak to me about their previous clubs and managers if we go against them, maybe highlighting the style they played when he was there, danger men etc.
I have been waiting for someone to mention this for weeks. It is so annoying. I sold Aurelio to Spurs and every time i played Spurs, which was 4 times that season, League, fa cup and league cup, the blummin' press asked me what i thought of Aurelio facing his former club. One of the answers to give is....Aurelio is a quality player and we will have to be careful of him! If he was such quality, why on earth did i sell him to Spurs. It needs looking at. Asking me about a former player once after they leave is ok, but 4 times is pathetic. I deleted the game after the 1 season so i don't know if it would of continued but i have a feeling it would of done.
Yep its an annoying feature. After the first time I think it should be gone and not reappear for that player. And as someone above mentioned it definitely shouldn't be asked about a fringe player - who cares?
It's annoying when they do it with loan singings as well, I had Bojinov on loan who ended up injured all the time, sent him back to City who sold him on to Reading for about £1million and now every time I play him I'm forced to interact when I couldn't give a toss!!

It does it with trial signings as well, which has been acknowledged in the bugs forum.
