I'm loving FM at the moment, but there are a couple of things that are getting me soooo annoyed.

I'm Coventry and I got promoted, and stayed up in my first two seasons. Everything is going well, apart from my goalkeeper is shocking. So I go on the look out for a new one, the only problem being I am 20 grand over my wage budget.

My players aren't getting paid that much though. My top earning player is on 20grand a week, and I have a small squad. My wage budget is tiny, yet I was given over 20million to spend. Why can't you alternate your wage and transfer budget like you used to be able to? Am I missing something?

Now my second problem is related to my first. I've made offers for about 50 keepers on the last couple of weeks before the transfer deadline. When a player wants to come to me, the board stops me from offering them over £1000 a week, so the player doesn't come because they want more money. But yet when a player doesn't want to come to me, they let me spend up to £29,000 a week.

You would of thought the problem would be that I don't get the money because the player isn't good enough, and I do get the money when its a great player; but Chris Kirkland, a class keeper, wanted to come to me, yet I wasnt given the money to affored his wages. I was only allowed £1000. Yet, when I offered a contract to a similiar player, in the Championship, I get the money to pay him loads, but yep, he doesn't want to come!

It's really annoying me because I don't want to potentially go a whole season with the keeper Ive got at the moment.

Any ideas how to get around it, or why it's happening?

Go on board room then budget adjustment also its not been an option in previous versions of the game and was a new feature.
