would be good if there was one...cause the game is not playable at the moment and i cant wait much longer i have stopped for more than a month now...

S.I. i am really disappointed, if i should decide to buy FM 2009, i will buy it once there is a 2nd or 3rd patch and once it is considered playable by the community

so far you have been the makers of the best football managers outthere, but it seems you got fat and lazy like a rocknroll band who delivered one good album and thinks it only has to give 80% now that it his some money...cause you had no competition...what happened to the spirit of the old days?

and if you want to ban me for my criticism go ahead...i have been buying your series since CM2, but now my patience and loyalty is really put to a hard test...i really hope you pay back with your 2nd patch...

and why cant you let the community know if there will be a 2nd patch and on what bugs you are working??

I have always seen the players and the developers as a big community, but now i really feel left out and i suppose many others do aswell...

please let us know what the status is...i am not asking for any release date etc, cause i know that people will treat you unfair once you wont manage to keep an exact date, but i would like to have a situation report...

isnt there a saying that the customer is always right???

The game is playable. Some people have played 30 year careers so how can you say it's unplayable. I love this game. Out of the box sucked and the beta's sucked but post patch I'm very happy.

I can't see any beta patches at the top of the screen.

The game has always been playable, i never notice bugs in the game, but i do patch it when their realesed. Don't see the point why people moan all the time, as the game works fine and is the only management game worth playing.

What are expecting to see in the 8.0.2. I dont want to start another game just cos of the 8.0.2. patch. Besdes the shots to goal ration what else is being fixed?

that strikers try to round goalies again...

that your strikers score inside the box again, except tap ins...

that you see curling shots again...

that you have young prodigies again, young players who are at the age of 18-19 ronaldo, messi, raul, c.ronaldo, rooney, owen like....

that in 2020 there are senior internationals who are younger than 25

that some players develope faster than others..just like in real life...

that corners dont go so damn close to goal no matter what you set them to...

stuff like that...

i consider it playable and so do lots of people. is that not good enough for you?

i'm sure SI have already told us they are working on a patch, which more than likely will be released with a data update.

if this wasn't a community here then they wouldn't be taking note of the problems in the game. which they are.

there is a saying that the customer is always right but its not true and it shouldn't be true.

on the other hand i would like to see different corners being taken.
even though i set it to random more often than not it seems to go to the far post or knocked into the 6 yard box

i haven't played that far into the future so couldn't comment on the state of regens and such.

No it's not playable for everyone :-)

For instance i see 3 major bugs (i play with a Mac) :
* my mildfields players take a yellow card EVERY MATCH
* Some minor teams (very very weak) suddenly play like the Bresilian team
* it's too damn easy to dribble the defender...

There's more and it's not easy to play with these bugs. The first version was better... but very far from perfect.
