Default Anyone gives "no comment" to all media questions?

No matter in FM07 or 08, i often feel the media questions is quite silly and the players often respond in some non-sense way. No matter what you say there must be somebody get upset and seriously hit at their morale.

In order to minimize the media impact on team morale, i start to ignore all those questions and reply with "no comment" for all.

Anyone here do the same like i do? Or if you could make good use of the media question to boost your team somehow??

I usely leave no comment as my answer as well as ignore team talks. However I am regretting it now as I want to become the 'perfect' manager with my stats all 20. This would be achievable as all of my stats are 15+ apart from my hands on approach which is 1. Somehow I doubt I can claw it back

I always use "No Comment".

It is just a waste of time.

I press Continue sometimes after a match and forget to do a Team Talk and all my players get unhappy because they think I am not giving them enough credit.

I hate that.

I never touch it- the possible negative effects are not worth risking.

I usually stick to;
"it'll be a tough game but i'm confident that my players can succeed"

Gives them a morale boost as i'm fed up trying to say nothing to avoid being slammed and my team moaning about not getting enough praise.

You get paid a fortune you bunch of fairies, there's your praise. Where the hell is mine after the CL win and still only on £7k a week!!

I ignore it all.

The "benefit" isn't worth the negative risk. Almost anything you say will upset at least one player.

You could always try some - some talks have purely beneficial effects. Like some squads I have - tell them I expect a win equals 5-6 people all really fired up for the next game. Whether or not the added cards adds up to the additional morale boost is up to you.
