I have had some success with my Sunderland team and have had two increases to the size of the stadium. Now it says the council has blocked any plans to expand the stadium. Does this mean the board will look at building a new ground or just stay at the current one.

Also when building a new ground surely this would cost alot of cash.

It costs loads, and if you can afored it then you are likely t get a new stadium in about 2 years
