I read many threads here in but couldn't find the answer to

How to assign different backgrounds to home, squads screen, league table
What to modify or add in config.xml file like record from "" to "graphics/backgrounds...???"
I am playin Red Devils...

I am newbie and know not much about this.
It will be really kind of u to help me if u know the solution!!

The easiest way is to download the packs available, then you just have to place them in the correct folder...

In this forum there is a couple of packs ready for download with the english competetion logos, look for them first...

If you want to create your own config file with team backgrounds you need to copy a config file into your folder with the pictures you downloadet (high resolution), name the folder team backgrounds.

This is the line you need to edit in the config file for each team!

Its important that you name the picture the same as you call it in the config! You also need the clubs ID which is displayed if you tick "show unique id's" in preferences in the game... (in this case 496)...

Also you need to place the pictures in the right directory for them to display in the game

My documents/Sports Interactive/FM 2007/graphics/pictures/team backgrounds

If there is no graphics and picture folder, then create them yourself...!

Finally you have to untick "skin cache" in the game, and tick "reload skin", otherwise they might not display even though you made all other steps correct...

If you want to put other pictures in the game, you just replace "team" in the config with player, stadium, comp etc... (Remember the ID's)

I did try that but I didn't rename my folder "team background" and so on... I will try out very soon what u just said

Are u sure that works for all screens?? Will it work for 'home' screen or snapshot screen and if it works what to write in "graphics/pictures/--here--/496/background"/>?

Actually I think you can name the folder whatever you want its only for you to have an overwiew
Whats important is the config file and that the folder is placed under graphics/pictures/....

I use backgrounds for stadiums

...."graphics/pictures/stadium/496/background"/>

I use for competitions

...."graphics/pictures/comp/496/background"/>

Ive tried to put in team backgrounds, it worked but I dont like it in the game, same with player pics

...."graphics/pictures/player/496/background"/>

...."graphics/pictures/team/496/background"/>


Remember that the Unique ID have to match the comp/player/stadium etc... I cant find the ID's for stadiums or comps in the game or editor, so I only use the packs I have downloadet
