I've downloaded a mod for using large pictures for persons in FM, but I've found out that this mod doesn't work with non-playing persons. So when a player retires and become a coach you're only able to se the middle part of the picture. SO I was wondering if someone could tell me what file to change and what commands I'd to change to make large pictures work with non-playing staff.

The large player mod doesn't work for any picture of non-players - managers, coaches etc. These pictures have to be in the 95x95 format only.
If your players turn coaches etc, I'd just take their large format picture and re-size it mate.

or try to copy the edits made in the player profile.xml to non-playing/ref and adjust it a bit

Could you tell me what in the player profile.xml to copy, because I don'thave a clue when it comes to editing files.

Just to help you out here, make a note of what the picture (s) name is for that club & insert the name of the image your want changing (by editing the config.XML file or creating a new one in a new folder) to replace the alan shearer example below in quotes:

I've just typed this out from the top of my head & left the ID numbers blank with zero's so you need to find the ID's for the player in the game. How big is the 'huge' picture for that player because the game just uses 95x95 pixels for all photos so stick with 95x95 pixels because thats what most people use anyway. And remember to turn off the skin cache in display options.

If your new to this, then just install someone else's face pack that already works.
