Can I have different ball for each competition?

I've downloaded some balls superpack with 9 balls.

I put them under Football Manager 2007\data\graphics\pitch\balls so now they in sub folders each.

It didn't apply in the game, do I have to choose only one regular ball and another one for winter and replace their file? or can I have different balls for each competition?

I haven't investigated in FM2007 yet, but you certainly couldn't in FM2006. It would be great if they changed it though!

You can't assign balls to competitions or anything. The game will use the standard ball unless it is snowing when it will use the winter ball
