Hi all,
could someone plz help i have downloaded some skins in past but can't seem to get them to upload. I have put them in skins folder in my documents and once fm loaded up clicked preferences and unticked skin cache and made sure it has reloaded skin tick.

But nothing, I have managed to get some stadium backgrounds loaded in the game but they are faded in the background so never really show the real stadium colours.

can someone plz help

I know this is a daft question, but did you click confirm after you did this?

you seem to have put them in correctly as you say and done everything else correct.

What skin is it you are trying to get going?

Maybe just try one skin at a time, See if that works.

Or maybe the skin you are trying to use was made before the patch, That may have something to do with things.

Very odd though as all my skins i have downloaded work ok.

Can't figure this one out at all.

well i am trying to use the steklo skin but when i open preferences it just has default skin and nothing else also my fm08 has just crashed on me so i had to reninstall it
and now i can't get the 80.1 patch to work i have downloaded it and clicked install but dunno why it dosen't work

regarding the skin it might sound like a silly question but did u unzip the compressed file using winrar?,

yes i unzipped the file and put it in the my documents folder, sports interactive, football manager 08 and skins file
