How do u create a female non player

As far as I can tell, the only female non player you can make is a physio. And I don't know about 07, I haven't encountered it yet, but in 06, when the female physio gave you a report, all the pronouns were masculine, and you might as well have not bothered... At least from what I could tell

I have only had a passing glance at the editor, but I did notice a box to click "For female" now i''m not sure if this was for ALL non playing staff?

I've created a female physio, and i think you can create female chairman/woman although I'm not 100% on that one.

I managed to create a female physio for Liverpool (Louise Fawcett), but when I tried the same for a minor club, it didn't work, the same with a chairman. I then decided to edit two unemployed females in the database to get those two in the game (as I know them in person, I wanted them in the game). The physio worked, but for some reason the female box got unticked for the chairman. I changed it back to the person it was (leaving her a male), and tried with another, and finally got it. In the end I had what I wanted, but at the cost of having to change the two original women into men in the database.

Clearly the system does not work correctly yet.

It does work, I managed to create a whole new club with fictional staff including the chairman and a female physio...
