I know this has been resolved before, but I don't remember how other people have got it to work...

Is there any way to prevent the attributes from dropping back down. I have CA and PA both at 200, and attributes still drop down to 13 etc after a few days or weeks. Is this also based on the age of the player? Are there other factors? The player is Roy Keane btw, in the Acceleration, Pace, Stamina attributes. I'm using FM 06.

Although CA and PA are set to maximum, the game will recognise the age of the player and adjust to more realistic levels for physical attributes. Set the CA to 190 and see what happens.

It will still drop. PE If you create a player, age 16 CA140, then the CA will automatically drop to about 120 or so. The same thing probably goes for older players. So if the attributes drop to about 13 avg then this is probably the highest acceptable value for the attribute at that certain age.

It's the same with other players... younger players. Attributes never stay high enough, and Current Ability of 200 should indicate high stats. And my Current Ability never drops by 20 points by itself. It's always only about five, and only if the player is injured. So does that mean it can be influenced by injury etc ?
