o.k. as i see you are not very willing to help this one out ,i am now going to start creating a framework,feel free to correct me where i am wrong or when i am doing something wrong.

The main tactic will be 4-4-2.

I choose this tactic because is the most popular one and because i could change it in the game into a 4-1-4-1 when i will be forced to defend and need to lower my defensive-line.As i have noticed lowering your d-line behind 10 needs a DM.

GK

I think the best set up for the GK is the one in the game menu,changing only closing down to 10.

Now it is time to really get to work:

Mentality

Here I would keep everyone on global mentality but for my 2 center-backs and one of the forwards.

The reason is that i want my cbs to be always focused on defence and one of my strikers to always be ready to attack the goal.

So i would set my cbs to Center back from the game menu and change Closing down to 10 and creative freedom to 5.Because of their mentality 1 they will give only short safe passes,increasing their CF means they will look for other options but with a relatively low risk.

One of the forwards i will set it to Striker also from the game's menu.

The rest of the players will be on global mentality.

when i want to attack i would set them to 11 and when i have to defend give them a mentality of 6.

i'm not sure if this is a topic where you say what you think is good, well crossing to far post is good and when attacking make sure your full backs rwb and have f runs often

Andrei I downloaded your tactic.Now I'm playing with bulgarian Minyor(Pernik).I plyed a friendly pre-season game with Levski(DB) team of the same quality as my Minyor.
