Could I just hire an Assistatn coach to do all of my tatics? If so, how do i do that. I know that I should probably get a coach with good tatical knowlege lol. I basically want to be a GM with an assistant coach doing most of my tatics.

This is not an option in the game- the Assistant can only take charge of friendlies, take team talks and arrange contracts, so you have to run all the other manager functions yourself. Given that this is the whole point of the game, this is not unreasonable.

If you want your assistant to take control in games, just go on holiday for 1 day on the matchday.

The asst manager can do much of the tactical work for you

Select the asst manager do undertake the team talks

Ask the asst manager to pick the team at the team selection stage just after (a match) so they train together as a first 11 all week) and just before a match.

Tweak his selection to suit you.
