Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Quick question about training bars

I know the training bars indicate the limit of the player's stats in those areas but I would like to clear up a couple things.

When looking at the bar graph, there are three lines which indicate 3 levels. Lets say you have a bar going above the third line, does this mean that the player will not be improving even further in this area and the extra training is just a waste? In this case, should I take away some of the extra training from that area and perhaps assign it to another area?

I think sometimes is extra waste, that's why I advice you to not give intense training, I never do it.Sometimes it's a risk to pick injuries.

Hi DirtyACE,

I am a bit confused about the 3 lines you are referring to.

zdobzdub I agree that intense training results in an increased in injuries. However I believe this is only the case with strength and aerobic training. Technical regimes are great on intensive especially if you have a player who has a specific deficiency in stats.

I hope I am right, or my players on intense tactics will start picking up injuries due to mental burnout.

Leroy, when you look at a player's training bar graph, you can see that there are three horizontal lines which indicate 3 levels of progress. That's what I'm referring to.

So just to confirm, if you are on the a players screen, you select Training -> Overview and you are referring to the training levels in the lower left hand corner of the screen using the standard skin?

If this is the case I have 4 lines, this is why I wanted to make sure we were talking about the same thing.

From memory Leeroy, those lines are customisable, from a choice of many, not sure which the default are.

I had no idea that they were customisable. In my game I have 3 lines, not 4.
