Exactly what qualities does a coach need to gain 5 stars in ball control and set piece trainning??

For ball control he's got to have high attacking and mental attributes like 18 & 18, if you can't find anybody like this raise attacking by one and lower mental by for.
As for set pieces there are three attributes what matter which are technique, mental and attacking with technique as the primary, now if you can't find anybody with the same old 18's then raise technique and lower the latter two
