should i set strikers or wingers on foward runs often ?when should i use it?what effect does it have?

Set it on your wingers but not your strikers. Maybe if one of your strikers is a targetman, then set the other on mixed, but otherwise rarely on strikers.

Wingers however will want forward runs.

It depends on what style you want to play, if want to play the possession game and have your wingers on no fwr, if your playing a quick and more direct approach then have them on fwr
