Well I am Gladbach and beat Nurnberg 5-0 at home on the first game of the season in my first season. However, next game is away to Hamberg so I'm wondering whether I should keep the same tactics or go a bit more defensive.

Well your players are obviously high-spirited after the thrashing in front of the home fans. What was Hamburg's result? lose? win?

No, he means what was Hamburgs result in their first game, for example if they lost then you will clearly have a lot more confidence than them and should probably go at them from the start.

No, what he means is should he alter his tactic for the Hamburg game after winning 5-0. As the Hamburg game is away i would say yes. Or if your onto a good thing it could work for a 'few' games. You could decide to stick with it but be ready to change early in the game if neccessary.

To be honest, if it's start of the season, Hamburg's confidence will be inflated as they'd probably prefer to start the season with a win. However, their confidence will not be that dampened. If it was me, i'd stick with the same tactic, maybe tweak a few things, but keep the basic outline.

| I think you should play with the tactic you played against nurnberg.
