I believe they go in My Documents>Sports Interactive and create a folder called schedules.
Put it in there.

.tsh files are training files so should go in the training folder.

I have created new schedule and I don't know how to put players in my new training schedules!!

Import the training schedule using the edit function and it will appear in your list of training schedules. Go to the players list under training and use the drop down menu to the right of the players name to change the schedule to your own.
