Help...how do I load players?

I've started a game and I have english spanish and italian as my loaded leagues.I hear people talking about loading players from other nations?.Is there anyway of doing this without loading up the leagues at the start of the game?any help would be much appreciated

When your selecting which leagues you want loaded at the bottom of the screen there is an option to load all players from a country ... i think you can only do it before you start the game though ...
