I played with Samp n Spurs n in both cases i was between 10th-15th postition after 15 games which is not normal for me. I play with these 2 teams every FM but these two particular teams are made really bad on this FM. I tried to buy some pretty crappy players (when with spurs) n all of them regected...the most famous player was heitinga from ajax so draw some conclusions...Do u encoutner such problems?!

i think the signing parts are ok but i think the match engine has became slightly tougher and it is now impossible to go through a game without setting team instructions like i did for FM06 and even 07 when i had a very good team.

It depends if you mean the contract or the offer itself. If its contract you'll just have to offer more, i got Theo Walcott in my second year of being in the Premiership with Wolves so it's not a reputation issue. If it the offer then again you'll just have to offer more as they may (not to sure if they do) realise you have alot of money to spend and maybe pushing you for every penny!.
