One player on my eye is Ricardo Quersma , I have 25 million and he wont come .

does anyone know anyone better?

Well there's always some youngsters-Adu, Lulinha and Torje will, according to my scouts, develop into good players. Joe Cole could be worth a look, and Shaun Wright-P, although he is only right sided.
