Im in March 2007 and I am using Arsenal, and the tutoring of Saivet from Van Persie is over..should I use Van Persie to tutor Saivet once more since Saivet didn't learn any moves other than curling the ball.
No, I dont think it'll help him. Try to use some other striker. Not the likes of Adebayor or even Eduardo though as they are completely different players. Who are the other strikers in your squad? Anyone new?
I've already got him tutored by RVP once. And now Henry's doing it!! Once he's done, I might be tempted to let Aguero do it!
My Strikers are Eduardo, Van Persie, Adebayor, Bendtner, Im might let Eduardo teach him some skills since Eduardo is the top League striker for Arsenal in my game
Hmmmm... I wouldnt recommend letting Eduardo teach him. I'm not sure I like my strikers to try tricks tbh. But he would probably have got that from RVP anyway. I'd recommend VDV if possible. Save your game and then suggest VDV to Saivet and see if he thinks its a good idea. If not you can always load again. I think placing shots is a good trait for a striker. And his long shots also develop to around 17-18 so long shooting is good as well. Bendtner might have been a good option but he wont be fully developed either in the first season. Although I love to have my strikers have the "likes to round keeper" ability. I think its necessary in this game seeing as almost every one-on-one seems to hit the goalie. So yeah, try VDV and see if Saivet goes for it. If not, then Eduardo I suppose.
Its pot luck with that message. Sometimes he still learns a few things from the player but then he may not also. The problem is that if he doesnt learn anything and they are not compatible, they'll both probably end up disliking each other.
