I am just starting up a season with southampton and i am signing all the best under 18 players, a mix between players i have found on here and ones i have found myself, such as wijnaldum, tuia, dalla valle, yvan tomatula and tristan plummer.
I plan on playing them all in the first team straight away with a short quick passing fast attacking tactic.
wiil this work? as all the players will be 16,17
and there will be no experience whatsoever between them

I like to build good young teams in some of my saves, but always like to lean on the experience of one or two older players.

It's always been difficult but given time, and if you can hold on to the players, you can end up with a great team.

Won't work unless complimented with a few experienced players. Even the likes of Wijnaldum won't perform as soon as you buy them.

i rekon its a brilliant idea i mite give it ago myself but not with the team u r. the team who i dont speak of i usually pinch the youth players they have a good youth team thats the only thing i can give them credit 4.
