I'm in coming towards the end of my 3rd season and I've had Theo on loan.

He's been an absoloute goal machine and I have to sign him even if it takes my entire budget.

How much do you thin I'll have to part with to get him at the start of my 4th season?

i signed him for free at end of third season, isn't his contract at the end

Leicester in the Premier League (my second season there).

I don't see a problem in him agreeing to come as both me and the club are his favourate now.

Not sure, he's on loan and I don't think he's on my shortlist.

What season are you in and how much did he cost?

Loan him again and put a price of 1 or 2 million over his value as the purchase clauseand just bid that amount as soon as he returns on loan, usually works for me
