Default Jimmy Briand

I'm Reading at the start of the thrid season and am considering a £10million bid for this guy to become my first choice striker.

Is he any good? Will he guarantee 25-30 goals a seasom?

He's definitely a good player, but 25-30 goals a season in the prem (I don't know about that).
He should be good up front with Kevin Doyle, if you still have him.

Yes, I still have Doyle but I also have Eddie Johnson. I plan to rotate Johnson and Briand with Doyle as a regular substitute/back-up.

Will this work do you think?

Jimmy Briand is quialty! He is one for the future but also he is good enough now to get you probably 10-15 goals, but I am sure that will rise each year. Good player I would suggest you get him as long as you are planning for the future. Doyle is immense on FM08 aswell, he should provide you with 20+ goals a season no problem anyway :p
