got pako ayesteran... or however ya spell it.. and his contract is just about to run out.. and he wants 26k but i can only offer him 18k and he wont accept it.... so what attributes to they need be a good assistant manager????

Tactical Knowledge
Determination
A 6* or 7* rating in atleast one aspect of training.

Judging player CA & PA is usefull too. So is man mangement.
