Bit of help needed for a newbie, I am nearly through 2 seasons in my new save with Kettering (don't worry this isn't an update ) and a young midfielder I signed pre-season after my scout actually did his job for a change has been performing like some craxy world beater.

Here lies the problem, I signed him on a free after he was released by his previous club who I didn't pay any attention to at the time. Anyway I have just seen that his previous club was Harchester, who, if I am not mistaken is that bleedin team from that Sky One programme!

I have just seen there is the option to de-select Harchester when you start a game, so as they are not a real team do I scrap my save and start over, or am I ok to continue because I signed him within the guidlines?

The trick is that you have to make sure that those Harchester files are enabled and not unticked. I fell for it as well when I started my first game, and it was annoying like hell.

You have to decide yourself what you want to do. Personally I couldn't play a game with that team in the DB.

It's an outrage that they put that team in by default. It should be selectable by explicitely checking a box, but not the other way around

Just to clarify, how do I makes sure my new save is safe from infection, just untick Harchester at the start new game screen?

exactly vice versa, sstammers. The Harchester checkboxes have to be ticked to make sure they are not in the game.

Stupid logic.
