Hmmm. A thread I'm actually glad I read before I even started playing. Might be a first.
Was this sorted in the patch or is it still the same way post patch? i.e. I'd need to tick those boxes should I ever get the game.

I'm a little worried we'll see Wirral County, Warbury FC, Melchester Rovers and what ever the hell the club in Footballer's Wives is called; in the next incarnation of FM(07?) Perhaps they could have their own special league selectable only by idiots. They can also have Colombian Americans magically getting Premiership conracts with no questions asked regarding international caps and work permits, a Ex brewer with an attitude signing pro for Sheffield United in his late 20's and then scoring the winning goal against Man Utd. Oh and how about a WW2 Allies select team with an East London skipper and an American goalie for no apparant reason and the worlds best player making a cameo appearance as a Solider from Trinidad.
